High-standard facilities
Considering the long-term future of operations, the flooring in the facility is constructed with a German coating system that meets EU standards. This flooring is resistant to wear and slip, and resistant to chemical corrosion, ensuring durability. It prevents long-term loading from causing wear, corrosion, and cracking, which could lead to shutdowns for repairs, unstable supply, or hygiene concerns.
The cleanroom operating space can achieve Class 100,000 air cleanliness levels, using a high-efficiency HEPA filtration system to remove dust, bacteria, and viruses from the air, thus preventing contamination in the work area and providing an environment unfavorable to microbial growth.
At the same time, strict monitoring of temperature and relative humidity in the work area is implemented, controlling the airflow direction and volume, as well as the pressure difference between the work area and walkways to prevent contaminants from entering the clean zone.
Specially designed lighting is used to avoid the entry of particles, and each workspace is equipped with an independent dust collection system to ensure cleanliness in the work area, maintaining product quality and protecting the safety and health of the personnel.
All personnel entering the site must wear cleanroom garments, specialized shoes, hair covers, and masks, remove all jewelry, and disinfect their hands before putting on gloves. They then enter the air shower dust room, where high airflow is sent through HEPA high-efficiency filters to blow off surface dust. The air shower dust room is equipped with an interlock system, controlling access with an automatic door to effectively prevent cross-contamination in the cleanroom.
